The Luxury duplex room at Hatyai Signature Hotel was absolutely stunning! The comfortable queen bed made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. I loved the modern amenities like the flat-screen TV and free WiFi. As a solo traveler, this room was perfect for me!

Personally, I found the air conditioning in the room to be a bit too cold for my liking. But hey, that's just my preference.

Its location was good, to hatyai international airport, and in a shopping area. Also, our hotel was located 2 miles from tourist attractions like Greenway Night Market.

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with basic setup, modern design and extra pillow and got it upon arrival. We had an electric kettle and a fridge. Location: the hotel was near to airport, and the attraction. The atmosphere created was quiet.

As a senior woman, I appreciated the thoughtful design, which made it easy to navigate and accessible for me. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby attractions within walking distance, allowing me to explore Hat Yai at my own pace.

It would have been even better if the children working there had been more attentive and understanding towards the needs of senior guests.

All of the staff were pleasant, very polite. There were climate control, multi-channel TV, and a fridge in the room, appreciated that. It had gates, exceptionally comfortable bed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with its fantastic facilities and friendly staff. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me the most, and it was apparent that the housekeeping crew worked hard to maintain it. The location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy to explore this city. Additionally, the hotel had an awesome in-house restaurant that served delicious meals, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
